It was my first time in the store and I was greeted by the owners, Troy and Nicole, who unbeknownst to me had just bought the business. They were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about purchasing a new RC for my grandson. They walked me through all of the options, what I could get for my budget and the performance that my grandson would get from this new RC. I was totally in love with the new RC I purchased and nearly bought another just for me. That is for another day though, as my grandson loved it beyond words. I will definitely be shopping there again as the customer service was beyond excellent. Thanks to you both 🙂
Amazing customer service. I ordered an RC for my husband for Christmas, and I was able to order it through email to ask if I could have it shipped because I wasn’t able to get to the store in person, super convenient. Troy and Nicole are great and highly recommended!
Ordered a toy over the phone and had it shipped. Service was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure the best courier was used. When the toy arrived, it was packaged so well and even bubble-wrapped. I definitely recommend buying from this hobby store. Thank you!
I had problems with my new transmitter/receiver/ESC. Troy updated my firmware and spent an hour troubleshooting EVERYTHING until he got it working. I would have been completely lost without the help. 6/5 stars! Thanks so much for your help!
I just recently got back into RC cars, my 12-year-old has 10 or so ranging from tanks, boats, plow, excavator so decided I needed something. Bought the 1/10 Hoss from Rebel Concepts, then was my boy’s birthday so he got the 1/18 Revo with the upgraded battery for run time. Now my daughter wants 1 as well. So getting her a Revo as well. So now I need a Revo as well. I was in several stores previous to this 1 and all they wanted to do was sell me top of line. Rebel Concepts took the time to talk to me and figure out what my needs were. Very happy with their service from them to the point I drive to Chilliwack from Abbotsford just to see them
Troy and Nicole truly went the distance for their customers, I showed up with a piece of equipment that no other shop wanted to touch, not only did Troy source and find the part I needed he even found a spare in case the bad things happened again. Knowing this man slept in his shop fixing mine and other people’s rigs tells me the kind of dedicated and hardworking people that now own Rebel Concepts. will continue to shop there👍👍

New owners are great. Cheers goes out to the previous owners for their dedication and love given out to the hobby community all those years. The new owners have a strong passion for the business as well, which is great to see. Lots of new products come in every week and they can find almost everything you’re looking for or tell you who has it. Looking forward to seeing where they go with the products and involvement in the community. They also do repairs and know the products they are working with which seems rare unfortunately nowadays. Check it out, it’s worth it.

My boyfriend likes to take the car he bought from Rebel Concepts over huge jumps and is always breaking something. The Staff at Rebel Concepts are helpful and friendly and always know what he needs to get it going again. We are in their store often and have always been happy with what we have purchased from them. They stand behind their products and have everything we need.
Awesome customer service. I have one very happy little dude now that his R/C car is all fixed up and ready to rip. The guy working today went above and beyond! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again for more stuff soon.

Excellent customer service and great staff. Went in there today to get some parts for my sc10.3 club racer and managed to get 4 rpm upgrades for the same price as 1 online! Lots of greese and oils and they will make sure you get what you need. Not as much associated or losi stuff however I managed fine.
I would never go to another RC shop after dealing with these owners and what they have in stock, or can at least get it quickly. Prices are fair, they’re honest, family run and the best RC shop you can hit up. Any negative reviews should he ignored. You want fund a better ship
I just discovered this store and I have to say what fantastic people the owners are. I’m new to the RC hobby and I had a ton of questions to ask, all of which they had time and patience to answer. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone. So nice to find people like this.
